  • Participate in a weekly conference call Wednesdays @ 8:30 pm Eastern. You have 10 minutes to fill everyone in on how you are doing.
  • Full grocery list to make shopping easy
  • 6 meals a day break down of your macro and calorie needs

Meal plans are based on your age, weight, height and fitness goals. Special plans like dairy free, vegetarian or gluten free are available. Plans for weight loss, muscle gain or fat loss also available.

What are the costs?

All of our meal plans are based on your individual needs. We offer a 30-minute FREE consultation via Skype or phone. This gives us an idea what your goals and needs are.

Then we create a custom meal plan for you.

MAINTENACE PLAN

Meal plans for $25 a week or 4 weeks for $85 ($21.25 a meal plan) or 6 weeks for $120 ($20 a meal plan).

$45 a week for the family plan (2 family members).

We manage the changes and work with you directly on your meal plan each week.

BASIC PLAN

Meal plans for 4 weeks for $40 ($10 a meal plan) or 6 weeks for $48 ($8 a meal plan).

$16 a week for the family plan (2 family members).

You manage the changes to your meal plan. Log in to our website and swap out the items yourself. No consulting with one of our Nutrition Coaches. Totally do it yourself.
