Mark's MRT Test Results

MRT Test Results

You may have heard about food sensitivity and wondered, “What is it?” Well, food sensitivity is different from a food allergy. A food allergy is a serious, severe reaction to the consumption of a food, such as a peanut allergy. Food sensitivity is general discomfort experienced after consuming a food.

Today, I’m going to explain to you a little bit about my own results, as well as what I’ve learned, from the LEAP MRT test. The MRT test tells you which foods can cause food sensitivity issues. It’s very comprehensive and definitely worth the read.

First, let me explain a little about how to interpret the test. When the test lists a food in green font, that means you can eat as much of it as you’d like! However, you have to watch out for the foods in yellow, and especially those in red. Try to eliminate foods from your diet that are in yellow and red, at least for now.

Grapefruit is one example of a food that came up in red for me. In the future, I’ll know to avoid this food. Hopefully, too many of your favorite foods don’t get red-listed.

But beware, it’s not just foods you have to watch out for. I learned that beer and even toothpaste can cause food sensitivity. Why? Well, beer contains hops and toothpaste often contain mint. Mint and hops cause me to experience food sensitivity, so I have to be aware of anything I ingest.

The MRT is important because sometimes, people blame the wrong foods for their food sensitivity. I know I did. I used to think tomatoes were causing me to experience food sensitivity. It was actually corn and wheat causing it!

I’ve already mentioned that the MRT is comprehensive, but it’s worth mentioning again because they literally give you a whole binder of information. This wealth of information can be used to understand, at a detailed level, how to create a diet that prevents the effects of food sensitivity.

Finally, I wanted to say that after a few days, I’ve noticed some really interesting results. I’ll keep you posted on how the MRT has helped me improve my health.
